Intended Use

GrowSteady products are dietary supplements intended for use as directed on the product label and in the accompanying instructions. They are formulated for use by children under the guidance of a parent, guardian, or caregiver, and should only be administered in accordance with the dosage, age recommendations, and instructions printed on the packaging and insert.

By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this notice.

Inspection Before Use

Before giving this product to a child, the purchaser or administering adult is responsible for inspecting it. Do not use this product if any of the following are true:

• The safety seal is broken, missing, or shows signs of tampering upon arrival.

• The product appears discolored, has an unusual odor, looks spoiled, or otherwise appears to have expired or degraded.

• The expiration date printed on the packaging has passed.

• The packaging is damaged in a way that could have compromised the product inside.

If any of the above applies, do not consume or administer the product under any circumstances. Contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. GrowSteady assumes no responsibility or liability for any harm, illness, injury, or adverse reaction resulting from the use of a product that showed visible signs of a broken seal, tampering, spoilage, or expiration prior to use. Choosing to use a product despite visible signs of compromise is done at the sole risk and discretion of the purchaser or administering adult.

Administration by a Responsible Adult

This product is intended to be given to a child only by a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult, and only in accordance with the age guidelines and dosage instructions on the label. GrowSteady does not authorize, and assumes no responsibility for, administration of this product by anyone other than a responsible adult acting in accordance with our instructions, including administration to a child by another minor or by any unsupervised party.

Dosage & Instructions

The dosage, age range, and usage instructions printed on the product label and packaging insert reflect the only manner of use approved and recommended by GrowSteady. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and administering adult to read and follow these instructions in full before use.

GrowSteady is not responsible for any harm, illness, injury, adverse reaction, or damage of any kind resulting from:

• Administering more than the recommended dosage.

• Administering the product to a child outside the age range stated on the label.

• Failure to read, follow, or understand the instructions provided with the product.

• Combining this product with other supplements, medications, or substances without first consulting a physician.

• Any use of the product that deviates from the instructions provided.

General Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowSteady, its owners, employees, and affiliates disclaim any and all liability for injury, illness, allergic reaction, adverse health effect, property damage, or any other harm arising from the use, misuse, or improper handling of this product — in any shape or form — where such use does not strictly follow the instructions and warnings provided with the product.

This includes, without limitation, harm resulting from use of a product that arrived with a broken or compromised seal, use of an expired or visibly degraded product, administration outside the recommended age range or dosage, or administration by anyone other than a responsible adult.

Use of this product constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this notice, do not use the product.

Medical Consultation

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your child's pediatrician before beginning any new supplement, especially if your child has an existing medical condition, takes medication, or has known allergies. GrowSteady is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
